Privacy Policy

Gottify, a trading name of Vantage Apex Holdings ("we", "us"), builds and operates the software products listed at gottify.ca — including Gottify Receptionist, Night Desk, Claims Desk, Jobwright, and Townwell (the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Plain-language summary: We collect only what we need to run the Services and respond to you. We don't sell your data. Your data is hosted in Canada. You can ask us what we hold and to delete it.

Service infrastructure is operated on Canadian-controlled hardware. Some sub-processors (e.g. Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for delivery) may process limited data outside Canada under their own safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with sub-processors that help us run the Services (payments, hosting, email delivery), or where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Email info@gottify.ca and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and Canadian-hosted storage. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.
