Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the software and services offered by Gottify, a trading name of Vantage Apex Holdings, at gottify.ca and its subdomains (the "Services"). By using a Service or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Plain-language summary: Use the Services lawfully, pay for what you subscribe to, and we'll provide the Services with reasonable care. Either side can end a subscription. Demos and sample data are for evaluation.

1. The Services

We provide business software including an AI phone-answering and call-handling service (Gottify Receptionist), after-hours call coverage (Night Desk), claims-handling automation (Claims Desk), a field-operations app (Jobwright), and utility-operations software (Townwell). Each product's features and current price are described on its page. Live demos contain sample data for evaluation only.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Don't use the Services unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to send messages that violate CASL or applicable law.
Data you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to deliver the Service.

3. Fees & billing

Subscription prices are stated per product (e.g. flat monthly per business). Fees are in Canadian dollars unless stated, exclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
One-time deliverables (e.g. a valuation report or lead list) are billed once.
Payments are handled by Stripe under its terms.

4. Refunds

If a Service materially fails to perform as described, contact us within 14 days and we will work to fix it or provide a fair refund of the affected period. One-time reports are refundable before delivery work begins.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will give reasonable notice where practical.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is." Valuation reports and analytics are estimates for information only and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the prior 3 months.

7. Termination

Either party may end a subscription as described above. We may suspend access for non-payment or breach of these terms. On termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
